Gender Based Violence
Gender based Violence is a common term, we can hear nowadays. We generally consider violence as only physical injury or psychological trauma but it also includes the threat, blackmail etc. Gender based Violence includes any action that causes harm to the people in any form either physical or emotional or financial caused by one person to another based on gender. It is also one of the elements of Reproductive Health. Gender based violence is mostly seen in married couple but adolescents phase is also not behind in the violence. Gender based violence is of different types like Physical, Sexual, Psychological and financial.
